Oatmeal snacks

Healthy,easy to make oatmeal snacks.

***No bake cocoa balls***

  Shopping list: rolled oats (400 g),butter ( 250g ),1 cup of sugar, 4-5 tablespoons of cocoa, 2 tablespoons of water. Mash butter ,mix with sugar and cocoa. Add oats and water. Mix by hand. Form little balls and put them in the fridge for 15 minutes. Peanut butter version

****Banana- oatmeal cookies (oven bake and microvave version)***

Shopping list: one large banana, rolled oats 100g ,raisins (optional) ,chocolate (for icing; optional) Smush one banana, mix it with oats.Add raisins.Form flat,circle cookies .

OVEN BAKE Remember to spray your baking tray with oil and flour.Bake for 15- 20 min (187 C).

MICROVAVE Remember to use non-metallic bowl or tray.Microvave between 30 sec. and 1 min. (700 W -750 W). Icing: melt few chocolate cubes in the pan, add water if needed, stir vigorously. Pour hot-choc liquid on your cookies. Original recipe
